WARRANTY POLICY

GOLABS product replacements and repairs are covered for a period of 1 year following the purchase of the Product. This Limited Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of the Product arising or occurring as a result of your normal and ordinary use of the Product. In the event a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, GOLABS will repair or replace your Product in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty. The applicable period for the Limited Warranty begins from the original purchase date of the Product from an authorized GOLABS Distributor or Dealer. This warranty is only available on new products with proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.

In the event that the processing of a warranty claim requires shipping, any such shipping charges are the responsibility of the vehicle's owner. GOLABS customer service offers shipping labels at a discounted price to our customers. During the duration of this limited warranty, GOLABS will replace any defective component or product with the same or most nearly comparable model or component then available. GOLABS reserves the right to use scratch, dent, and refurbished stock when replacing a component or product under this warranty. 

No reimbursement is provided for, loss of time, loss of use, inconvenience, incidental or consequential damages.

​Dead on Arrival: In the rare case where your GOLABS product arrives defective, GOLABS will either replace the defective component, repair the product, or send a replacement unit at no charge. In situations where the product needs to be sent back to us, we will provide a prepaid return label. Dead on Arrival claims must be made within 14 days of the product’s delivery date.

Modifications to product: No unapproved modifications can be made to the product, its performance or otherwise, in order for this 365 Day Warranty to remain in effect.

Aging: This Limited 365 Day Warranty will not cover any damage which results from aging, such as fading of paint, deterioration of plated surfaces, deterioration of rubber or plastics, or rusting.

Cosmetic Damage: The Warranty does not cover minor surface blemishes, rips, tears, or other cosmetic damage due to normal use, or other intentional or unintentional damage to the product.

Neglect: Damage due to misuse or neglect, use other than as specified in the Owner’s Manual, or use under abnormal conditions are not covered by this Limited 365 Day Warranty.

Weather: Warranty is void if weather related water damage is determined. The owner is responsible for storage and protection from the weather.

Second Hand Purchase: This limited warranty does not cover products sold second hand or open box, including but not limited to floor models (unless manufacturer’s warranty approved upon date of purchase). Refurbished equipment, equipment sold without a manufacturer’s warranty or sold “as is”.

This warranty is void if your GOLABS product shows visible signs of damage or has been misused beyond what is considered normal use, including water damage. Wear and tear is not covered under this warranty; this warranty only covers defects in craftsmanship.

 

Warranty Claim

All claims to this warranty must be made through GOLABS and submitted to support@golabs.com or through our claim page here. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required when submitting any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, you are encouraged to contact GOLABS via support@golabs.com, as there may be a simple fix for your problem that does not necessitate filing a claim. Valid warranty claims made within the warranty period be processed through GOLABS.

GOLABS will not replace any component or product without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers must provide this evidence by email.

ATTENTION: GOLABS will not cover installation fees for repairs and replacement parts.


Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@golabs.com and provide us with photo or video proof.

NOTICE: We will not accept shipping damage claims filed more than 7 days after receipt of any products.
